Depending on the transaction, any of the above could be true! Regardless, my success is defined by how much business comes from repeat and referral clients each year (30 of 31 sales in the past twelve months).

My time is invested in understanding condo status certificates, well & septic systems, and the quirky wonders of a heritage home, among other areas of expertise. Analyzing and understanding the current market allows me to help you decide on the best timing for your sale or purchase. When I’m not engaged in real estate education, I’m at U of T part time working on a degree. I like to think of myself as mental triathlete.

I have achieved “awards” but really, who cares? The most prestigious for me was the fifth transaction for the same client.

I have earned the professional designation Certified Negotiation Expert. It is recognized in my industry throughout North America, and that is something you should care about. You want me on your side of the table.

When I’m not working, I’m touring Ontario on my motorcycle, enjoying live music, writing my blog, or reading a biography.
